Product Quotes and Orders
Trac-Line Mouldings are available in all stock and standard
window sizes. Simply let us know the stock number of your
window, and Trac-Line knows the size. When ordering Trac-Line for stock units,
please
use
the Trac-Line Order
Forms and submit them via fax. If
you have any difficulties using these forms, feel free to contact
us, and we’ll
gladly answer any questions you may have.
If Trac-Line mouldings are needed for custom sized
curved units, that process is simple. Custom
sized Trac-Line casings go through Clearview's standard manafacturing
process. When
placing orders or requesting quotes for custom units, please specify
the unit dimensions and unit shape in your order
form.

Shipping
Stock Trac-Line orders ship in seven
business days to any destination in
the
U.S. Trac-Line for custom sized units ship with Clearview's normal
14 business day schedule. Trac-Line orders can be shipped via UPS
or shipped via general
freight.
If
you have
an
other order
shipping
from
Clearview,
we
will send
your Trac-Line order with your other orders unless you specify otherwise.
Changing the Status of an Order
Here at Trac-Line Moulding, we know that situations arise
that requires orders to be changed or canceled. If you need to change
the status of an order, please call us immediately. We will find
out where the order is within the manufacturing process. If the
order has not begun the manufacturing process, we can cancel the
order at no charge. If the order has entered the manufacturing
process, we will stop the order and make the changes required.
Depending on how far along the product is within our manufacturing
process, we will prorate the cost of the original order.
Shipped and Received Orders
Upon receiving an order, check it immediately. Any shortages in
product quantities must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If there are any problems with the product, do not modify the product
in any manner. Please call us and explain the situation, and we
will investigate the matter.
